Fabricators. The H-shaped steel production automatic assembly line is first
processed into H-shaped steel, then processed into T-shaped steel,
and finally assembled into ten columns.This cross-shaped steel
column is used as a profile steel for steel reinforced concrete
columns. After the steel plate is cut by a multi-head cutting
machine, the web and the flange plate are assembled, and then
welded by automatic boat-shaped position, then corrected, cut and
assembled into a cross column, and the cross weld in the middle of
the cross-shaped steel column is protected by CO2 gas. Soldering
and welding.
Process flow:
Stakeout cutting → production of H-shaped steel → production of
T-shaped steel → cross column assembly → welding of cross column →
cross column correction → assembly of the zero plate on the cross
column.
Our company can process all kinds of cross-beam/column shaped parts
according to the drawings. Process: automatic submerged arc
welding/CO2 gas shielded welding, subsequent processing content:
perforated/reinforced plate/rust removal/paint, etc., main weld
grade : Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, providing a flaw detection
report issued by a third party.
Fabrication capacity:
We have three steel structure production lines, equipped the flame
cutting machine, H-Section steel assembly machine, gantry welding
machine and shot-blasting machine, paint spray booth. We also put
apart the space for the fabrication of heavy-duty and large
structure steel components in our workshop.
