Prefab Steel Industrial Building / Steel Frame Industrial Buildings
Construction. This is a heavy industrial steel workshop for rail traffic
equipment product. We design the proposal and drawing, fabrication
for the steel structure components, installation for the steel
structure, overhead crane, roof and wall insulation panel for this
project.
Because of the height of this steel workshop building and heavy
capacity of overhead crane, we design the steel column to be
latticed steel column, it could bear large load from the crane and
wind load and also save steel quantity.
Steel frame structure bulidings has lots advantages compared with
concrete building such as high strength, large span, simple
construction, short construction period: all components are
prefabricated in the factory, the site is simply assembled, thus
greatly shortening the construction period, a 6000 square meters of
buildings, only 40 days to complete the basic
installation.Beautiful and practical: the steel structure building
line is simple and smooth, has the modern feeling.Color wall panels
are available in a variety of colors, and other materials can be
used for the wall, so it is more flexible.Reasonable cost: the
steel structure building is light in weight, which reduces the
basic cost, and the construction speed is fast, which can be
completed and put into production as soon as possible. The
comprehensive economic benefit is much better than the concrete
structure building.

How to install:
Method 1: We provide construction drawing before installation.
Method 2: If you still don't know how to install, We will teach you
the installation in our factory. when necessary , we will assemble
a sample steel structure building for you.
Packing and transport:
All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories
will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean
transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.
All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory
using crane and forklift by our skilled workers,who will prevent
the goods to be damaged.
What we do:
We can produce light and heavy steel structure buildings, such as
warehouse, workshop, storage, construction materials, high rise
steel office buiding, factory , plant, exhibition hall, steel tile.
