Curved Architectural Structural Steel Beam / Arch Roof Building
Structure Steel. This is a Curved Steel beam Arc Roof Building used
to be a warehouse building. There are two main points in the
construction of curved roofs of this project: one is the precision
of the production of H-shaped steel curved beams; the other is the
construction accuracy of the installation of roofing profiled steel
plates.
Since the roof steel beam is curved, it is necessary to process the
conventional linear H-shaped steel beam into an arc shape during
the production of the steel beam, so as to avoid the occurrence of
a broken line shape of the steel beam during processing.

Our steel structure production line:
The floor space of our steel structre fabrication factory is
35,000㎡, and the workshop area is 20000㎡. We own three light/heavy
H steel production lines, BOX production lines, C/Z purlin
production lines and various types of profiling steel sheet
machines with advanced equipment such as plasma cutting machine.

Packing and transport:
All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories
will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean
transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.
All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory
using crane and forklift by our skilled workers,who will prevent
the goods to be damaged.
