Frame Construction. This is a large span steel frame structure warehouse that is
built to process and store Motorcycle Engine.This steel building
structure system is formed by the main framework through linking up
the H beam,Column, purlin.Roof and wall using a variety of panels
together with other components such as windows and doors. It also
has 5 Tons overhead cranes on each span.
The advantages of the steel structure buildings include simple
design structure, light weight, high strength, convenient
production and installation, large span of plant space, short
construction period, low price and strong earthquake resistance. It
is a structure widely used in industrial plants, and has gradually
replaced concrete structures.

Our steel structure fabrication factory:
The floor space of our steel structre fabrication factory is
35,000㎡, and the workshop area is 20000㎡. We own three light/heavy
H steel production lines, BOX production lines, C/Z purlin
production lines and various types of profiling steel sheet
machines with advanced equipment such as plasma cutting machine.
Packing and transport:
All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories
will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean
transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.
All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory
using crane and forklift by our skilled workers,who will prevent
the goods to be damaged.
